English:
For English I wanted to talk about the federalist papers and ended up showing Hamilton's change through a poem. My original Idea was to use the 8th federalist paper to fuel the idea, In the end it came to show Hamilton's movement of the Federalist papers, but not the 8th paper specifically. I chose the 8th one because of the repeated concept of protecting the young United States, even though the south and north were fighting. The 8th Federalist Paper speaks about how to spread the Army out to fight against other countries, as well as divide the army among the north and south. The project theme was contextualization, for this I analyzed the federal papers and how Hamilton created his own financial systems.
Poem:Britain’s war has come to an end
But the states together, must now mend
North and South needing defense
Alexander Hamilton making a stance
He speaks about a disunited country
The rest of his work you now must see
The south and north now a part
The Army is now making a start
Protecting the country is the key
This is how the USA came to be
Hamilton speaks of merging together
The argument he made stayed forever
The states protected now merged as one
The federalist papers made, and won
This is where the story comes to a close
Even in death Hamilton knows
Today everyone around us forgot
One meaning in the Legacy Hamilton brought

History:
For History I wanted to compare the presidents to Hamilton based on other people's encounters with the
presidents as well as musical's version of Hamilton. I looked at different versions of Hamilton and looked at similar traits. The graph was only filled with the traits but I didn't have room explain. This was researched based as well as how other's saw the presidents and Hamilton. Lin Manuel Miranda had made a musical that I wanted to compare to the original Hamilton as well.
project 1
For Project 1 I wanted to look into Alexander Hamilton's legacy and learn what he really did. For Art I made a Spotify Playlist, for History a graph, and for English, a poem.
Art: For the playlist I chose Spotify because it's a well known streaming app where you can find all the music you want including the Hamilton soundtrack as well as the Hamilton Mixtape. Here are the links to the songs and animatics by some of my favorite youtube animators:
